Opens a new thematic exhibition within MEAT-TECH exhibition, it's PRO-TECH. In the next edition of the fair entirely dedicated to technological applications, materials and ingredients for all protein-based products, the spotlight will be turned right on proteins.

Of course technologies , but above all product innovation: from cured meats to meats, from seafood to poultry, from hard cheeses to ready meals, from pet food to protein alternatives and protein snacks.

"Innovation" will be the one buzzword guiding the event. A breeze of innovation all the audience will breathe among the halls of the exhibiting center, Milano Fiera, which will host the event organized by Ipack Ima.
